I work with athletes around the world full-time as a licensed cycling coach and a certified nutritionist. And I’m coming at ya with the force of a thousand suns.

I cut my teeth in the mountains of Virginia, working with every coach, attending every cycling camp, racing every race and climbing every mountain I could. Today I live with my chocolate lab in the mountains of Virginia—killing gran fondos, slaying Strava segments and coaching athletes through several on-line platforms.

I learned early working with juniors, elite and masters athletes that maximum performance demands far more than a great plan, advanced data analysis and clear goals.

Performance demands a rigorous examination of your 24/7. What are those daily and yearly habits that are either helping or hindering you? Most coaches don’t look at your 24/7—it’s called “soft coaching.” But at the end of the day, your 24/7 is the most important aspect of your fitness level and metabolic health.

I’m not simply a data coach. I go far beyond advanced data analysis to help you in your health and athletic journey.

That’s why I became a certified nutritionist and a champion of bi-annual bloodwork via LABSPECPRO.

And did I mention that this is my only job? Experience the full-time difference.

That’s coaching 3.0.

“My instincts were right about you. You build a fire from scratch—but you don’t just throw a crap ton of logs on it. You poke and prod the newly ignited fire to develop—whilst you gauge how many BTU’s to add and when!”

How do I work with clients?

There are many questions in cycling when seeking maximum performance--especially when hitting a performance plateau. But the answer is rarely "work harder." As endurance athletes, it's best to develop and work certain physiological systems in a specific way, carefully layering up an unassailable foundation--and then adding a super charged battery on top.

For me, every athlete receives an "aerobic reset" each Fall at the beginning base period. But what happens when a new athlete signs up for coaching mid-season wanting to punch through a performance plateau? And what does this have to do with an "aerobic reset?"

Let's break it down!
